Jennifer Dering, formerly with Archer, brings extensive experience in the area of Creditors Rights & Bankruptcy. Jen’s litigation background Federal Bankruptcy in Delaware and New Jersey, provides Tenaglia & Hunt and its client an experienced advocate in all areas of debt collection and creditors rights. Jen will oversee the Firm’s Delaware office for the Debt Collection and Business Litigation practice groups.
