Firm Settles Deadly Pedestrian Accident

STFH attorneys, led by Gene M. Lerner and Jim Hunt, recently settled a case involving the unfortunate passing of a pedestrian struck by a car in the Bronx. The pedestrian, a native Bronx resident who was properly crossing the street at a crosswalk, was struck and killed by an inattentive driver. STFH attorneys successfully obtained the full insurance policy limits for the victim’s family. STFH attorneys also have worked with the victim’s family to raise awareness of pedestrian fatalities in NYC and the mayor’s Vision Zero Plan to reduce traffic crashes.
