Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wilansky had over 8 years litigating cases involving Employment law, including EEOC, and Termination/Constructive Termination matters while working with the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons. Following his attaining a Masters in Law/Taxation, Mr. Wilansky practice for over 20 years in federal tax work, with the Internal Revenue Service and private practice, specializing in the ERISA tax field, emphasizing development of qualified and non-qualified retirement benefit plans as well as welfare/heath plans. After leaving that area of law, Mr. Wilansky has amassed over 15 years of experience in the creditors’ rights and debt collection fields.
Mr. Wilansky has experience litigating before the Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts, as well as within the state courts of Maryland the District of Columbia.
