David Sussman

Mr. Sussman has over 15 years experience in litigation, corporate and commercial law. Most recently he managed complex litigation matters for a national law firm representing Fortune 100 companies on various securities, business and negligence disputes. Prior to that, Mr. Sussman served as General Counsel of a global investment group, managing its legal affairs and supervising its commercial activities. While in this role, he negotiated multimillion dollar contracts, formed and maintained business entities and performed extensive due diligence. Upon graduating law school Mr. Sussman served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Joseph Scancarella, Presiding Judge in Passaic County Superior Court.
