Gene M. Lerner Obtains a Six-Figure Settlement for Merck Pharmaceuticals

Gene M. Lerner, an associate attorney with Tenaglia & Hunt, P.A., successfully represented Merck Pharmaceuticals in a contract litigation action filed in New York State Supreme Court. Mr. Lerner negotiated a six-figure settlement offer within days from commencement of litigation, resolving a large percentage of Merck’s claims without the need for lengthy and costly litigation. Due to the confidential nature of the settlement, the details of the lawsuit and settlement cannot be released.
