Jennifer Dering, managing attorney for the Delaware office, is a litigation attorney, concentrating her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial litigation. Jennifer has represented debtors, trustees, and secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation cases, Chapter 7 cases and related adversary proceedings, including hundreds of avoidance actions involving claims of preferences and fraudulent transfers. Jennifer also represents various parties in state and federal court litigation in Delaware and New Jersey, including chancery court litigation in Delaware, breach of contract cases, fiduciary litigation, foreclosures, contract disputes and many other types of adversarial proceedings.
